A native of Miami, Larry holds a business degree in real estate and finance. He specializes in ground up development, owner and tenant representation, user driven transactions and the enhancement of underutilized properties. With his keen insight into the South Florida real estate market, Larry is an expert at matching user needs to available properties.

Philip Leitman
Director of Development and Operations

A native of Montreal, Canada, Philip has four decades of experience in international business, finance and strategic planning. He oversees our property acquisitions, development, operations and finance, and is a partner in Suchman Group properties. In addition to his duties with SRG, Philip is the co-founder and president of NTM Info & Research, a Miami-based non-profit organization for patient support, medical education and research of pulmonary nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) disease.

Ana Vega-Garcia
Director of Leasing and Property Management

Fluent in English and Spanish and a native of Miami, Ana has been with SRG for nine years. Her skills and vast market knowledge allow her to assist landlords and tenants in generating and concluding deals as well as maximizing property values and resolving tenant-landlord and building issues. Ana’s areas of specialty include property leasing, management, tenant representation and construction logistics.

May Muñoz
Property Manager

May joined SRG in 2008 as property manager. She uses her 10 years of industry experience and business savvy to provide efficient and effective service for the company and its clientele. Fluent in English and Spanish, May has also worked in the import-export industry and has experience with personnel management and business operations.

Ada Sierra
Assistant to the Director of Leasing and Property Management

Ada uses her wealth of experience in industrial property administration, accounting and business administration to manage and resolve tenant issues for Suchman Retail Group. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she has previous work experience in property management and construction.

Roberto Susi
Leasing Associate

Roberto brings more than four years' experience in South Florida's commercial real estate markets, using his expertise as the leasing agent handling SRG's new project, Doral Park Centre.

Clifford Suchman
Founder & Chairman of the Board

Since founding the Suchman Companies in 1961, Cliff Suchman has become recognized in the community as a pioneer in the South Florida real estate market. His expertise in investment, development and brokerage helped build our company into the real estate leader it is today.

Jim Zimny, Jr.
Controller

As Controller, Jim brings to the Suchman Companies a wealth of knowledge gleaned from his 15 years of experience in the commercial banking sector. He uses his expertise to ensure the smooth running of our financial reporting and accounting functions.

Leslie Kroenlein
Office Manager

Leslie has been with the Suchman Companies for nearly 20 years and has a thorough knowledge of all our company operations. As the first-line liaison for the Suchman Companies, Leslie has developed strong relationships with our tenants and vendors.
